The Homestead

Country Living in the Heart of Bee Cave

Driving into The Homestead on Great Divide, you can’t help but feel like you’re on a quiet country road — yet you’re only minutes from the Hill Country Galleria, Whole Foods, H-E-B, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and the heart of Bee Cave.

It’s a rare balance of privacy and convenience — rural character with everyday accessibility.

🌄 A Unique Hill Country Community

Situated behind a low water crossing, The Homestead is one of the most distinctive neighborhoods in Bee Cave. Our 1–8 acre lots and equestrian setting provide space, privacy, and room to breathe. It’s common to see hikers and horseback riders along our roads and on our bridle and hiking trail that runs partially along Little Barton Creek.

While the surrounding area has grown rapidly, The Homestead has preserved its natural beauty, mature oak canopy, and strong sense of community identity.

🤝 A Community That Connects

The Homestead is home to families, long-time residents, and retirees alike. Our annual traditions — including the Chili Cook-Off and Oktoberfest — bring neighbors together and strengthen the welcoming spirit that defines our neighborhood.

Here, community isn’t just a concept — it’s something we actively build and maintain together.
