🌊 Great Divide Drive Low Water Crossing

The Great Divide Drive low water crossing is the only access point for The Homestead and Meadowfox. During heavy rain, however, water levels can rise quickly and make the crossing unsafe. Even storms upstream can cause sudden runoff in the Hill Country.
Low water crossings are not bridges. When water flows over the roadway, depth and current can be difficult to judge — and even a few inches of moving water can lead to loss of control.
Safety Reminders

Staying alert and planning ahead helps keep our community safe during severe weather.
